If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Dare To Speak AZ reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with all relevant documentation, including order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product descriptions, policies accepted at checkout, photographs, and other evidence related to the transaction.
Knowingly submitting false information or falsely claiming that an authorized and properly fulfilled transaction was unauthorized, not received, or otherwise invalid may constitute chargeback fraud and will be disputed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law regarding legitimate billing errors, unauthorized transactions, nondelivery, or other legally protected disputes.
